Plantation Rum Trinidad 21 Years 1997 with Kilchoman Whiskycask Finish for Chagata Black Week 5 Literflaschen sind der KomasaThis 21 year old single cask rum from Plantation was aged for 15. 5 months in a bourbon cask in the Caribbean, then for six years in cognac casks in France, before a four month finish in Kilchoman whisky casks, which impart a lovely smoky note. This cask was selected exclusively for the Japanese distributor Chagata and quickly sold out, with no more than 300 bottles produced.
